The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
Rick Savignano is a lifelong resident of Brockton MA who initially got involved in coaching in 1977 as a volunteer Special Olympics soccer coach. For the past twenty-two years, Rick has served continuously as a volunteer coach for the Brockton Youth Soccer Association (“BYSA”). During that time, he has coached girls, boys, and young adults in both the recreation and travel team programs. Additionally, Rick developed, organized, and operated a TOPSoccer program, and served as the TOPSoccer Coach and Coordinator for BYSA, as well as the TOPS coordinator for the South Shore Soccer League. Rick was selected as a “Champion of the City” by the Brockton Youth Foundation (2011) for his service in the community as a youth soccer coach and league administrator. He was honored in the Brockton High School Hall of Fame (2013) for his service in the community as a youth soccer coach. In 2014, Rick was Selected as Mass Youth Soccer’s “Competitive Coach of the Year” after his U19 Boys team won the state championship.
