Rob Holliday - Executive Director
Rob Holliday was appointed Executive Director in June, 2023. As Executive Director, Holliday oversees all aspects of youth soccer operations and development for Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association. Rob has a bachelor's degree from the University of Southampton, and previously held the role of Director of Operations, Marketing and Communications.
Initially Rob was hired as an Assistant State Technical Director after serving as Technical Director at Wilmington Youth Soccer. Rob is on the Mass Youth Soccer Coach Education Staff and is Head Coach for the U12 - 2010 Boys Olympic Development Program. Rob holds the US Soccer National A License and US Youth Soccer National Youth License. Rob is also a Certified Human Resource Professional.

Mike Borislow - Manager of Safeguarding
As of June, 2023, Michael Borislow, moved into the role of Manager of Safeguarding for Mass Youth Soccer. He previously served Executive Director for 9 years. Prior to coming on staff he served the association for eight years as a member of the Board of Directors, serving for three of those years on the Executive Committee. Mike also served on the Essex County Youth Soccer Association board for 10 years, and the Methuen Youth Soccer Association for 12 years.
At the professional level, Borislow owned and ran his own business consulting practice with a concentration on Human Performance Improvement. Prior to this he worked as a General Director of Training and Development for a major international insurance company. Mike holds the USSF “C” license, United Soccer Coaches Advanced National and Director of Coaching certificates, is a Grassroots Licensed and NFHS Referee, as well as a Certified Referee Assignor. He has managed and run several large tournaments.
A native of Philadelphia, Borislow played soccer on inner city youth teams, and in high school and college. He received his B.S.B.A from Temple University and moved to Massachusetts in 1984. He also earned his MBA from University of Phoenix in 2008. Mike has served on the Kimball Union Academy Board of Trustees. He reconnected with his passion for soccer through coaching his daughter’s town and club teams and has never looked back.
Tommy Geis - Technical Director

Tommy Geis joined us in 2010 after spending twenty years as an Assistant Director of Coaching in Western PA and four years, as a Director of Coaching for an Anchorage, AK club. He holds his USSF A License and National Youth License. Tommy earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Communications in 1992 from La Roche College in Pittsburgh. He has worked as a coach in both the Alaska and PA West Olympic Development Programs and has worked as an ODP Staff Coach at the regional level in both Region II and IV. In 2012-13, Tommy is the Head Coach of the Massachusetts Youth Soccer ODP Under 13 (2008) Boys teams.
Michael Ndoumbe - Assistant Technical Director

Michael Ndoumbe was appointed Assistant Technical Director May 1st, 2023. He will be conducting coaching courses for Mass Youth Soccer and working with our ODP program. He joins us after spending 25 years in Southern California as a Director of Coaching in several youth clubs, coaching MLS Next and Development Academy youth teams. He holds his USSF A license, Grassroots Instructor License Level 2, and his National Youth License.
He is currently a Coach Educator with US Soccer and brings a wealth experience teaching coaching course nationwide. Michael has also worked as a US Soccer Talent ID scout for 8 years, 7 years in Los Angeles as an MLS Professional Match Evaluator, 4 years as an Assistant Coach at San Diego Mesa College and 10 years with ODP Region West.
He’s a former professional and Cameroon National Team player. Michael speaks fluent French, German and English and will also be supporting Mass Youth Soccer’s DEIB efforts to provide playing, coaching, and refereeing opportunities and pathways for people from all backgrounds.
Peter Motzenbecker - Assistant Technical Director

Peter Motzenbecker joined Massachusetts Youth Soccer as Assistant Technical Director in June 2023. He will be conducting coaching courses for MYSA and connecting with member programs and clubs throughout the state. Peter has worked for a few different clubs in Massachusetts over the past decade and has also worked in the high school and college environments. He holds his USSF B license and is currently a student coach on his USSF A license and also holds his Premier Diploma from United Soccer Coaches.
Peter is excited to help grow the game throughout the state and believes that by developing more coaches, we are giving more players the opportunity to play the game in safe and fun learning environments.

Tara Petricca - Director of Finance & Human Resources

Tara has been with Massachusetts Youth Soccer since 2001. She received both her Bachelor’s Degree and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Fitchburg State University. Tara holds a Massachusetts Youth Soccer F Coaching License. Tara, formerly Coach Education Manager and State Cup Registrar, was promoted to the position of Director of Finance in March 2014. Tara maintains the financial accounting records, performs all billing and can answer your questions in regards to accounts receivable and accounts payable. Tara also maintains the excess health insurance claims records and would be able to help members when filing a claim. In addition, last November Tara was named the Director of Human Resources and oversees all functions of this department for Mass Youth Soccer.
Maureen LaRoche - TSL Program Manager

Maureen is the Town Select League Manager and ODP Administrator or the Massachusetts Youth Soccer headquarters in Lancaster, MA. She is no stranger to Massachusetts Youth Soccer as she served as a Team Administrator for the Olympic Development Program from 2004-2008. Maureen graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in Communications and was an NCAA athlete in Women’s Tennis. Maureen also assists in the day to day management of the State Office. She holds a US Soccer National D License and US Soccer Grassroots 4 v 4, 7 v 7, 9 v 9 and 11 v 11 coaching licenses.
Lori Jimenez - Fields and Hotels Coordinator

Lori Jimenez is the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Fields and Hotels Coordinator. She is responsible for scheduling at the Fields at Progin Park in Lancaster, MA for tournaments, games and practices, and is also the hotel coordinator for all tournaments held at the complex. Lori comes to us from Concord-Carlisle Youth Soccer where she served as the Travel Program Registrar for three years.
Brian Falvey - Facilities Manager

Brian has been with Massachusetts Youth Soccer since 2010. As a high school student for his first two years at MYSA Brian worked as a weekend parking crew member and soon after graduating from Nashoba Regional in 2012 he joined the Facility Maintenance crew. Brian supervises all of the facilities staff and daily field operations. After receiving an Associate’s Degree from Middlesex Community College, Brian is now attending Fitchburg State University to finish his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Brian also has been coaching club, high school, and youth lacrosse in the greater Boston area since 2013.
Scott Lovington - Assistant Facilities Director

Scott initially worked for Massachusetts Youth Soccer from 2010-2012 while attending High School. Scott worked in the lawn care industry while attending Quinsigamond Community College and received associate degrees in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, and General Studies. Following 4 years of sheet metal work in the Boston area, Scott rejoined the team at Massachusetts Youth Soccer in 2021. His primary tasks are managing weekday Facility Maintenance employees, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that our facility is prepared for all scheduled events.
Rachel Woo - Registration

Rachel has been on staff at Massachusetts Youth Soccer for more than 10 years. She grew up in Lowell, MA and was instrumental in starting the Varsity Soccer Program at Lowell High School. She also played soccer throughout her college career. Her primary responsibility is the administration of all registrations in the state. Club and town program registrars are asked to work closely with Rachel to make certain player, coach and administrator registration is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Rachel also administers Certificates of Insurance for every field facility in the state.
Marcus Cole - Director of Operations

Marcus Cole was named Director of Operations for Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association in July 2023. Marcus has a combined 30 years of operations, administration, event marketing and social media experience in both the youth soccer and radio/television space. Marcus is coming back to New England after a 14-year stint as Director of Operations, Communications & Event Marketing for the West Virginia Soccer Association.
A native of Hinsdale, New Hampshire, Cole played soccer in middle and high school. Upon graduation, he began his coaching career with positions at the middle school, high school, grassroots and club level in New Hampshire, Iowa, Nebraska, and West Virginia. Marcus also holds a USSF D coaching license.
Cole is a 20-year veteran referee at the high school, middle school, and club level, including multiple years of assignments at the US Youth Soccer Association East Region Championships and East Region Presidents Cup. He has also held USSF licenses as a grade 8 referee assignor and grade 7 referee assessor.
Jaime is the Marketing and Communications Specialist for Massachusetts Youth Soccer. Jaime manages the website, our social media platforms, email marketing, works with our corporate partners and vendors, and provides all other support to the Marketing department. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration from Endicott College and played Women’s Lacrosse.
Mary Relic - Risk Manager

Mary recently joined Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association as CORI/Risk Administrator. She is originally from Illinois, and moved to Massachusetts in 2012. Her responsibilities at Massachusetts Youth Soccer are processing all CORI requests for our affiliated members, and working with individuals through the CORI clarification and/or appeals process. She also handles International Player Clearance requests, administrative duties with the District Select Program, and the Adult Registration process. Mary previously worked for the town of Harvard, MA, at the Harvard Town Hall as the Receptionist/Finance Department Assistant and Assistant Town Clerk.
Kayla joined Massachusetts Youth Soccer in January 2022 and works in the Risk Management department. Prior to joining full-time, Kayla worked for the Town Select League (TSL) as a Site Administrator for many seasons. Kayla earned a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Master’s in Public Administration, both from Clark University, where she also ran for the Women’s Cross Country team. Most recently, she worked in higher education supporting students with career development.
Tamie Endow - Technical Department Manager
Prior to joining the Massachusetts Youth Soccer staff in January 2012 as the Director of Member Services, Tamie worked for Staples, Inc. and in the construction industry in management positions. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Syracuse University. She has served as a Team Manager for a number of club teams in addition to being a Team Administrator for the Olympic Development Program. Additionally, Tamie has been recently working on our Urban and Underserved Communities initiative, bringing our mobile pitch to locations across Massachusetts as well as introducing a new after school program in an urban school.

Carol Ann Buono - Office Administrator
Carol recently joined MA Youth Soccer (March 2023) as the Office Administrator. Carol’s responsibilities are a little bit of everything. Maintaining the Office as well as helping anyone with projects that need to be completed. Carol previously worked at Webster First Federal Credit Union as the Assistant Branch Manager for 35 years. Carol is also a graduate student of Fitchburg State University with a degree in Business Management.
