The 2022 Mass Youth Soccer Administrators Workshop will provide insight and best practices for Risk Management, Insurance, Fundraising, Governance and Registration.
 
By ensuring that member organizations meet all Federal, State and Governing Body (FIFA, US Soccer & US Youth Soccer) requirements and providing consultation and services in these areas, Mass Youth Soccer empowers our member organizations to do what they do best; providing safe, fun, inclusive and affordable playing opportunities for children in their local communities.
 
The format for the 2022 Admin Workshop will consist of 25-30 minute presentations followed by 15-20 minutes of Q&A. Each session for the 2022 Administrators workshop has an individual zoom webinar link, please click the links below to register for an individual session.

Ruth Nicholson is the founder of GO!, an expert resource service for youth sports operations. The key to shorter meetings with better results is taking the time to think through the purpose, activities and people related to the meeting before the meeting so that it is set up for success. Coaches know that one of the keys to a good game is in the preparation of players and their ability to make good decisions on the field. The secret to an effective meeting also lives in the preparation for the event and lives in the word WHY.
