The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Recovery from Injury

Let’s face it, being injured is the worst.  Returning to the field from any athletic injury can be a lengthy and difficult process.  How you, the athlete, handle this recovery process is all up to you.  The better the attitude, the more successful the outcome, the quicker you return to the playing field!  If you are the parent of an injured athlete, there are many resources available.  Some are listed below from US Youth Soccer, the National Institute of Health, and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.  See also our pages on Rest, Sleep, Recovery and our pages about specific injuries like ACL and MCL Injuries.
