The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Attendance Logs

Attendance Logs for Soccer Activities

Taking attendance at all Massachusetts Youth Soccer events is important as it provides us with the ability to notify participants and their families in the event of a confirmed positive case of COVID-19.  Contact tracing helps protect our players their families and our soccer community by:

  • Letting people know they may have been exposed to COVID-19 and should monitor their health for signs and symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Helping people who may have been exposed to COVID-19 get tested.
  • Asking people to self-isolate if they have COVID-19 or self-quarantine if they are a close contact.
  • Helps Public Health Departments to identify a possible COVID-19 cluster.

It is necessary to have updated parent contact information in the event COVID notification must be sent to your team.

For all outdoor soccer activities Massachusetts Youth Soccer requires attendance logs be kept for all players, coaches, referees and other onsite administrators.
