Indoor Liability & Excess Insurance

These two coverage's can be made available to our registered members when they participate in an indoor facility providing the attached form is completed and signed by the management of that facility.  The form is then mailed to the Mass Youth Soccer Association's office in Lancaster for review.  If the form is in order it will be signed and returned to the facility.  Any questions on this matter can be addressed to Richard Braney.
