 | Tournament Hosting |
If a Mass Youth Soccer organization plans to host a tournament, or to host games, the organization must complete and submit the appropriate documentation and receive approval from Mass Youth Soccer prior to soliciting teams to play in that event. The Hosting Requirements, below, outline the requirements that need to be followed.
Mass Youth Soccer will only grant approval to an organization that is affiliated with Mass Youth Soccer. As such, a private or independent entity must work with an affiliated organization. If a tournament or games are scheduled that are not approved by Mass Youth Soccer, affiliated teams and players are not able to participate in that tournament or games.
****NOTE-In the past these forms were mailed back to the Mass Youth Office, from this point on we would like to complete this process via email. Because these are official US Youth Soccer Forms, we did not want to change the format, therefore they must be emailed back upon completion, versus a submission through our website. So please, when you have filled out the forms, attach and email them to Al Cosentino acosentino@mayouthsoccer.org for approval. There are two formats available, one in word and one in pdf. So please save either one to your computer and attach the completed version in the email to Al.
