MTOC Playoffs

Semi-Final Placement
A v C and B v WC unless WC is in B
Then A v B and C v WC
MTOC FIFA Penalty Kicks from the Penalty Mark

1. Time for each shoot out will be set at the Registration Tent. Time will be 1 to 2 hours after ties are determined. Team's coach has the responsibility of having a team representative at the Registration Tent to obtain the scheduled time.

2. Each team selects 7 players from MTOC Tournament Roster. Goal Keeper or Keepers will come from the seven players. Coach will provide a list of the seven players in shooting order along with their pass cards to the referee in charge of the penalty kicks.

3. If more than two teams are tied, they will all kick penalty kicks at the same time.

4. Each team will take 5 kicks from the penalty mark - The kicks shall be taken alternately by different by different players. Referee will determine order by a coin flip.

5. If tied at the end of five kicks, each team will have next player on list take one additional kick per team until the tie is broken. If kicks go beyond 7 players, referee will continue kicks by going through the list of players again.

Tie Breaking Procedures
1. Head to head result

2. Goal differential; to a maximum of four per game.

3. Fewest goals allowed overall, to a maximum of four per game.

4. FIFA penalty kicks. (To be taken immediately after the round robin phase is completed)
Three Way Tie within a Group

In the event of a three-way tie within a group, head to head result will not be considered

Forfeits
The non-forfeiting team shall be awarded:
• 3 points for a win.
• Goal differential by the winner of a forfeited game shall be
equal to the average of the
other game(s) in the same bracket against the team that forfeits.
• 0 goals against.
