Eliminate U 8 league travel

Mass Youth Soccer will neither recognize nor sanction U-8 tournament play.

Mass Youth Soccer will neither recognize nor sanction U-8 travel in any recognized league.

Both rules will  be effective September 1, 2009.

An exception to the above rules: if it is the only way the children will be able to play, the bordering  towns can  play amongst themselves.
