Credit Card Adjustments – When you pay by credit card and there is an adjustment made to the charges paid, we are required to credit the credit card account used to make the payment. After review, all requests will be processed within 48 hours. For any programs or events not discussed below, payments are to be considered non-refundable Instructional courses are subject to a 20% forfeit fee if cancelled within 7 days or less and a 50% forfeit fee if cancelled on site the day of the event. Registrations are refundable only in the event there is an overpayment. Olympic Development Program - Refunds are considered only when due to a medical situation or injury and must be accompanied by a letter from a doctor explaining the injury. Camps – Day & Overnight – Refunds will not be considered within 14 days of the scheduled start date. Tournament Hosting Fees – Refunds will not be considered within 30 days of the start of the tournament. All exceptions to above policy must be approved by the Executive Director |
