Mass Youth Soccer collects specific information relative to its obligation to have background checks performed on all volunteers. That information is collected via a secure site and maintained in locked file cabinets. Once the information is collected, exported and printed, the information is fully deleted from the system. Mass Youth Soccer is not permitted to release any criminal background information obtained on its volunteers to anyone but members of the Cori hearing panel and Mass Youth Soccer complies with the requirements of the Criminal History Systems Board. Mass Youth Soccer further provides for a hearing before any final action is taken against an individual member.
Information Collection and Use Mass Youth Soccer collects information from our users at several different points, and is the sole owner of the data collected on the website. In each case, only information that is reasonably necessary to participate in the activity at hand will be sought. Online Payment Mass Youth Soccer offers users the opportunity to pay for programs, events, classes, and registration through the website. To fulfill payments through the site, it is necessary to collect personal information about users, including name, billing and mailing addresses, e-mail address, telephone number and a credit card number. If the order is being shipped to a third party, we also need the name and mailing address of the recipient. Unless otherwise approved by users, we do not sell, transfer or share the information with third parties.
