Citizens Banks Fields Rental Rates and Policies

In an effort to standardize its practices and policies regarding rental of field space at the Citizens Bank Fields at Progin Park, Mass Youth Soccer has established the following rates and charges. These rates and charges are effective immediately for single use or occasional rentals and shall be effective for ALL uses, including league play, after July 1, 2011.

FIELD RENTALS
Rates
                    Turf $155.00 per hour
                    Grass $125.00 per Hour

Hours Charged Per Game
This table sets forth the standard charges for games played at the Citizens Bank Fields at Progin Park (“Fields”). The Hourly Charge set forth in Column 3 includes not only the running time of the game, but also a brief pre-game warm-up period, a 5-minute half time and a brief post game cool-down.

* Small-sided games, including 6 v. 6 and 8 v. 8 games will be charged at a Half Field rate

Scheduling
To check on Field availability or to schedule any rental at the Fields, please contact Jen Fickett at JFickett@mayouthsoccer.org. Availability and playability of all fields at the Mass Youth complex is entirely within the discretion of Mass Youth Soccer. 
 
Volume Discount
Mass Youth Soccer reserves the right to grant a Volume Use Discount to clubs and organizations that use the Fields on a volume basis. For a request for volume rental terms and conditions, please contact Tucker Reynolds at TReynolds@mayouthsoccer.org.

Present Contracts
All existing field rental contracts will be honored. Future rental of fields, however, will be subject to the above rates and charges.

TOURNAMENT RENTAL
The Citizens Bank Fields at Progin Park act as the site for many soccer tournaments. The rental rate for all tournaments shall be based upon on and hourly rate of $160.00 per field. Gaps in field usage shall be subject to charge as that field shall be inaccessible to other renters during the tournament.
