Coaches applying to attend a National "C" License course who hold a U.S. Soccer National "D" license must upload and email a copy of such license or diploma to Course Administrator, Tamie Endow at firstname.lastname@example.org upon registering. Please be sure to include the date and location and of the course for which you are registering.
Applications will not be reviewed and spaces not held until all of your required documentation has been submitted. Coaches who desire to apply for a waiver from course prerequisites must complete a Waiver Application and submit the required official documentation before proceeding with registration. Waiver Applications typically take three (3) to four (4) weeks to process.
As of January 2015, coaches who hold diplomas or certificates from other domestic organizations, like AYSO and the NSCAA, will not be provided an entry point into the U.S. Soccer pathway. For this reason, any candidate registering for a state-hosted C with a waiver letter must be first approved by U.S. Soccer. Waiver candidates are not confirmed as eligible for the course until U.S. Soccer has approved their waiver.
Course Applicants are required to detail their coaching and playing background to complete the registration process.
Do not finalize travel arrangements until your course registration has been confirmed. Massachusetts Youth Soccer shall not be responsible for reimbursement of any travel costs incurred by Course Applicants (e.g. airline penalties).
Once a Coach’s application has been reviewed and their eligibility for the course has been confirmed, he or she will receive an e-mail Notice of Confirmation from Massachusetts Youth Soccer.
Coaches may add "housing" prior to the course, based on availability. An additional fee may be required based on the time of booking. Confirmed coaches may submit roommate requests to Massachusetts Youth Soccer Events and Programs Coordinator, Lori Jiminez at email@example.com
