Massachusetts Youth Soccer has partnered with Healthy Kids out of School to encourage all players learn healthy habits that will stick with them into adulthood. Coaches and parents are encouraged to promote three healthy behaviors during for all youth soccer players. 

Drink Right: Choose water instead of sugar-sweetened beverages

Move More: Boost movement and physical activity

Snack Smart: Fuel up on fruits and vegetables

USSF E license candidates please use the module below to take the online training and be sure to download and print a certificate to hand in to your course instructor.
