Eric Duda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, both as a player and as a Coach, to the Massachusetts Youth Soccer full-time coaching staff. He attended Bowling Green State University where he was a 3 year standout for the Falcons. While at Bowling Green, Eric was recognized as an Mid Atlantic Conference all-conference player. He then went on to play professionally for the Chicago Riot of the MISL and the Chicago Fire Reserves of the PDL.   He has coached at the youth and club levels having most recently served as the Assistant Director of Coaching for Campton United Soccer Club and Spartan FC in the Chicago, Illinois area. Eric holds a USSF A License, a National Youth License and an NSCAA Director of Coaching Certificate. He graduated from Bowling Green with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and has taught at the high school level. In 2013-14, Eric will act as Head Coach of the Boys U14 (1999) Massachusetts Youth Soccer ODP teams. A sample itinerary for our Half Day Training Center is below. 

9:00-9:30   FIFA 11+ (coordination, strength, agility, locomotion education)
9:30 - 11:00  Training Session focuasing on all the techniques of the game (dribbling, passing/receiving, shooting/finishing, defending and goalkeeping)
11:00-1130 Small-sided games or Scrimmage

• USSF Nationally Licensed Coaches…Our Head Coaches hold the USSF “A” License and include National, Regional and State Olympic Development Program (ODP) Coaches.
• Quality Massachusetts Youth Soccer Curriculum…our curriculum is derived from the Mass Youth Statewide Curriculum. Each day is full of quality training sessions focusing on the 4 components of the game…technique, tactics, fitness and mental strength.
• Staff to Camper Ratio…a maximum ratio of 1 coach to 16 players!
• Shadow Coaching…Town and Club Coaches are welcome to attend and to "shadow" our coaches.

Site Coordinator Responsibilities:

Your site coordinator would be responsible for securing the field for the times and dates of the Academy, camp or clinic as well as registering all players in attendance. Each site can arrange an event ranging between one and four days with a maximum of three hours per day. The cost for each event is $10 per hour, per child. Example below:
