     Maureen LaRoche, Office Administrator / ODP Manager

Maureen is the Office Administrator for the Massachusetts Youth Soccer headquarters in Lancaster, MA. She is, however, no stranger to Massachusetts Youth Soccer as she served as a Team Administrator for the Olympic Development Program from 2004 - 2008. Maureen graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in Communications. In addition to her postition at Massachusetts Youth Soccer, Maureen serves as the Head Coach of the Massachusetts Bay Community College Women's Basketball Program. Maureen is responsible for the day to day management of the State Office, is in charge of processing both Tournament Hosting applications and player card requests and is the Manager of the Olympic Development Program.

     Jim Gondek – Controller

Jim rejoins Massachusetts Youth Soccer after an absence of more than 8 years. He had previously served as Massachusetts Youth Soccer’s first Executive Director, held the position of Treasurer and Member of the Board of Directors and for the past several years has served as a volunteer with the State Cup program. Most recently Jim was Treasurer and Director of Administration for a software company that he owned along with his sons. Jim has extensive youth soccer coaching experience with Oxford Youth Soccer and the Fuller Hamlets club, was the first Head Coach of the Nichols College Women’s program and served 4 years as Head Coach of the Assumption College Women’s Soccer team. Jim maintains the accounting records and can answer your questions in regards to A/P & A/R. In addition, he maintains the excess health insurance claims records and would be able to help members when filing a claim. 

Tucker Reynolds, Director of Communications

Tucker comes to Massachusetts Youth Soccer after practicing law in the Boston area for nearly 30 years. He graduated fom Hobart College and Suffolk University School of Law. Tucker is no stranger to Massachusetts Youth Soccer. He coached and served on the Board of Directors for Medway Youth Soccer and coached at both Medway and Medfield High Schools. He enters his 15th year as a Coach in the Olympic Development Program and is a member of the Region 1 ODP Coaching Staff. He has also served on the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Instructional Staff. Tucker has his NSCAA Advanced National Diploma and USSF "C" License. He is the Head Coach of the Framingham State University Women's Soccer Program. Tucker will oversee matters pertaining to the rental of the Citizens Bank Fields at Progin Park, the Massachusetts Youth Soccer website and E-newsletter, member benefits, and developing partnerships with corporate sponsors.

     Tara Petricca, Coach Education Manager & State Cup Registrar

Tara has been with Massachusetts Youth Soccer for over 10 years.  She received both her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and her Masters Degree in Business Administration from Fitchburg State University. She also holds a Massachusetts Youth Soccer F Coaching License. Tara manages the Technical Department programs. License.  Her primary responsibilities are coordinating license courses, coach/player development programs, tryout evaluations, technical development centers and and summer training centers.  She is also responsible for State Cup registration and compliance.

     Mike Singleton, Executive Director

Mike graduated with a degree in Psychology and English from the University of Pennsylvania before earning his master’s degree in clinical psychology from Purdue University. He began working at Massachusetts Youth Soccer in 2003 as the Head State Coach and Director of Coaching. After serving in that role for 7 years, Mike assumed the Executive Director responsibilities. Mike is both a National Staff and Senior Regional Staff Coach and has earned his USSF A license and his NSCAA Premier License. He also holds the USSF National Youth License, The FA Youth Diploma, the KNVB Youth Diploma and his GK Level 1 Certificate. Mike oversees all business matters at Massachusetts Youth Soccer and should be contacted with questions regarding partnerships, appeals (CORI and otherwise), the Mass Youth Constitution & Bylaws, and for guidance with club/town administration and strategic planning.


     Richard “Dick” Threadgould, Facilities Manager     978-847-0126

Dick is a proud veteran of the US Army and has worked for the Norton Company for 6 years and at the Colonial Press for 7 years as the Paperback Bindery & Rotary Pressroom Scheduler. Dick has been with Massachusetts Youth Soccer since April 2008. As the Facilities Manager he supervises all complex staff and facilities operations.

     Tamie Endow Director of Member Services

Tamie joined the staff at Massachusetts Youth Soccer in January 2012 as the Director of Member Services.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Syracuse University. Tamie has worked for STAPLES, Inc. and in the construction industry in the Worcester area in a variety of management positions. She has served as a Team Manager for F.C. United and a Team Administrator for the Olympic Development Program. Her primary responsibility is the administration of all aspects of the Criminal Offender Record Information (“CORI”) policies and procedures at Massachusetts Youth Soccer with regard to required background checks on prospective coaches, administrators, volunteers and employees involved in youth soccer across the state.

Rachel Woo, Registration

Rachel has been on staff at Massachusetts Youth Soccer for more than 10 years. She grew up in Lowell, MA and was instrumental in starting the Varsity Soccer Program at Lowell High School. She also played soccer throughout her college career.  Her primary responsibility is the administration of all registrations in the state. Club and town program registrars are asked to work closely with Rachel to make certain player, coach and administrator registration is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Rachel also administers Certificates of Insurance for every field facility in the state.



     Jen Fickett, Events and Programs Coordinator

 Jen Fickett is the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Events and Programs Coordinator. Jen is responsible for scheduling at the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Field Complex at Progin Park in Lancaster, MA. She is also the hotel and accommodations coordinator for all tournaments held at the complex. She is also responsible for organizing and coordinating various aspects of Massachusetts  Youth Soccer Events throughout the year.  Jen Comes to us from Calumet College where she was the Women’s Head Soccer Coach and Travel Coordinator for 18 sports. She also served as Director of Operations for the Tonka United Soccer Association, Associate Director of Development for the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association, Club Administrator for the Chan/Chaska Soccer Club and as Media Relations Coordinator for the former A-League team, Minnesota Thunder. In addition to her career as a college coach, Jen has coached at the club, high school and ODP level.
