Office Hours
The Massachusetts Youth Soccer office is scheduled to be open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are staffed to handle “walk-up” business during our normal operating hours.

Directions to the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Office
The office is best reached by connecting with Route 2. All of the major interstates (I-95, I-495 and I-190) intersect with Route 2. Please check a map to determine the best interstate to use to connect with Route 2. There are signs at the exits off Route 2 that direct visitors to the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Field Complex. Simply follow these signs as our office building is atop the hill looking over the fields.

Route 2 West
When approaching our Lancaster office from Route 2, heading west, take EXIT 34. At the end of the exit (stop sign) take a left. Proceed to the next stop sign and take another left. This is Old Union Turnpike. Drive approximately ½ Mile. You will pass car dealerships on your right. The entrance to our property is on your right. There is a sign at the entrance, and the office is located at the top of the hill.

Route 2 East

     Mike Singleton, Executive Director

Mike graduated with a degree in Psychology and English from the University of Pennsylvania before earning his master’s degree in clinical psychology from Purdue University. He began working at Massachusetts Youth Soccer in 2003 as the Head State Coach and Director of Coaching. After serving in that role for 7 years, Mike assumed the Executive Director responsibilities. Mike is both a National Staff and Senior Regional Staff Coach and has earned his USSF A license and his NSCAA Premier License. He also holds the USSF National Youth License, The FA Youth Diploma, the KNVB Youth Diploma and his GK Level 1 Certificate. Mike oversees all business matters at Massachusetts Youth Soccer and should be contacted with questions regarding partnerships, appeals (CORI and otherwise), the Mass Youth Constitution & Bylaws, and for guidance with club/town administration and strategic planning.

Tara has been with Massachusetts Youth Soccer for over 11 years. She received both her Bachelor’s Degree and her Masters Degree in Business Administration from Fitchburg State University. She also holds a Massachusetts Youth Soccer F Coaching License. Tara, formerly Coach Education Manager and State Cup Registrar, was promoted to the position of Controller in March 2014. Tara m
aintains the accounting records, performs all billing and can answer your questions in regards to accounts receiveable and accounts payable. In addition, she maintains the excess health insurance claims records and would be able to help members when filing a claim.



     Maureen LaRoche, Office Administrator / ODP Manager

Maureen is the Office Administrator for the Massachusetts Youth Soccer headquarters in Lancaster, MA. She is, however, no stranger to Massachusetts Youth Soccer as she served as a Team Administrator for the Olympic Development Program from 2004 - 2008. Maureen graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in Communications. In addition to her postition at Massachusetts Youth Soccer, Maureen serves as the Head Coach of the Massachusetts Bay Community College Women's Basketball Program. Maureen is responsible for the day to day management of the State Office, is in charge of processing both Tournament Hosting applications and player card requests and is the Manager of the Olympic Development Program.

Prior to joining the Massachusetts Youth Soccer staff in January 2012 as the Director of Member Services, Tamie worked for Staples, Inc. and in the construction industry in management positions. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Syracuse University. She has served as a Team Manager for F.C. United and a Team Administrator for the Olympic Development Program. Her primary responsibili
ties are coordinating license courses, coach/player development programs, tryout evaluations, technical development centers and and summer training centers. 

   Jen Fickett, Events and Programs Coordinator

Jen Fickett is the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Events and Programs Coordinator. Jen is responsible for scheduling at the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Field Complex at Progin Park in Lancaster, MA. She is also the hotel and accommodations coordinator for all tournaments held at the complex. She is also responsible for organizing and coordinating various aspects of Massachusetts Youth Soccer Events throughout the year. Jen Comes to us from Calumet College where she was the Women’s Head Soccer Coach and Travel Coordinator for 18 sports. She also served as Director of Operations for the Tonka United Soccer Association, Associate Director of Development for the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association, Club Administrator for the Chan/Chaska Soccer Club and as Media Relations Coordinator for the former A-League team, Minnesota Thunder. In addition to her career as a college coach, Jen has coached at the club, high school and ODP level.

Dick is a proud veteran of the US Army and has an employment history that stretches back 50 years. At the Norton Company during the 1960's, Dick worked as atile cutter and as a Lab Assistant in the Research and Development Department of the Armoured Products Division. He also worked at the Colonial Press in Clinton, MA for 7 years as the Paperback Bindery & Rotary Pressroom Scheduler. Dick has been with Massachusetts Youth Soccer since April 2008. As the Facilities Manager he supervises all of the facilities staff and operations.


Rachel Woo, Registration

Rachel has been on staff at Massachusetts Youth Soccer for more than 10 years. She grew up in Lowell, MA and was instrumental in starting the Varsity Soccer Program at Lowell High School. She also played soccer throughout her college career. Her primary responsibility is the administration of all registrations in the state. Club and town program registrars are asked to work closely with Rachel to make certain player, coach and administrator registration is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Rachel also administers Certificates of Insurance for every field facility in the state.

Tucker Reynolds, Director of Communications

Tucker came to Massachusetts Youth Soccer in late 2010 after practicing law in the Boston area for nearly 30 years. He graduated fom Hobart College and Suffolk University School of Law. Tucker is no stranger to Massachusetts Youth Soccer. He coached and served on the Board of Directors for Medway Youth Soccer and coached at both Medway and Medfield High Schools. He enters his 16th year as a Coach in the Olympic Development Program and is a member of the Region 1 ODP Senior Coaching Staff. He has also served on the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Instructional Staff. Tucker has his NSCAA Advanced National Diploma and USSF "C" License. He is the Head Coach of the Framingham State University Women's Soccer Program. Tucker will oversee matters pertaining to the rental of the Citizens Bank Fields at Progin Park, the Massachusetts Youth Soccer website and E-newsletter, member benefits, and developing partnerships with corporate sponsors.

Terri Filippetti, Director of State Cup, Presidents Cup and Open Cup

For over 25 years Terri served in a variety of administrative capacities in multiple youth soccer organizations. She joined the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Board of Directors in 2003 where she held numerous Board positions including Director of National Championship Series and where she served as Executive Vice President and a member of the Executive Board. As her own children grew up in the game, Terri began assuming various roles with Shrewsbury Youth Soccer. She served as Director, Treasurer, Vice President and President and was the manager for various club, District Select and ODP teams. The role of managing the State Cup and the Presidents’ Cup was made a staff position in 2013 and Terri was appointed. Since the inception of the Open Cup, Terri has taken on the role of the Open Cup Director as well.


Katie Hunt, Director of Member Services

Katie joined the Massachusetts Youth Soccer staff in March 2014 as the Director of Member Services. She graduated from Northeastern University  where she played for the Huskies' nationally ranked ice hockey team. Katie has been involved in youth sports since 1997 including 6 years in various positions with Littleton Youth Soccer. Professionallly, Katie has worked as an Office Administrator and Bookkeeper for businesses in the Littleton area for nearly 20 years. Katie will  administer all aspects of the Criminal Offender Record Information (“CORI”) policies and procedures at Massachusetts Youth Soccer and will act as Staff Administrator for the District Select Program.
